Your first clean is free for up to 1 hour. Knowing what a one-hour clean can realistically cover helps you decide which areas to prioritise.

What a one-hour clean can usually cover

In one hour, a cleaner can usually dust visible surfaces, wipe kitchen benchtops and the outside of appliances, and clean the kitchen sink. They can also clean one bathroom (basin, toilet and shower area) and vacuum or mop one main living area.

What a one-hour clean does not usually cover

Jobs such as a full oven clean, the inside of a fridge, interior windows, carpet steam cleaning or a deep clean of a large home often take longer. These are usually better planned as a separate visit or a longer booking.

How the free first clean works

Your first clean is free up to 1 hour maximum. Any time beyond 1 hour is charged at our standard rate, and we will tell you this when you book.
